The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Council of Europe’s European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) have collaboratively curated a comprehensive document that amalgamates good legislative practices and guidelines from OSCE states regarding political party regulation. Titled 'Guidelines on Political Party Regulation', this tool is crafted to guide both OSCE participating States and Council of Europe Member States in devising legal structures that align with international standards, ensuring the seamless establishment and operation of political parties.
