Political Ideas and Public Policy

-Introduction

The idea behind this Manual is to support to activists of relatively young political parties in the Balkan region in their initial orientation at the beginning of their political activities. Manual starts with a presentation of three “main-stream” ideologies - (neo)liberalism, conservatism and social democracy (democratic socialism), and ends with a brief outline of the political economy and a call to compare economic policies that could originate in, or are originating from, these three ideological reserves.
