Regional Leadership Forum for SEE Political Parties was held in the amazing city of Durres in Albania from 17 to 19 November 2017. Participants were able to openly discuss the state of integrity in own political parties, seeking to answer following question: "How to narrow the gap between the current situation and the ideal we are striving for?" On the second day, participants were reflecting on challenges that political parties are facing with in 21st century and discussing what parties should do to reform themselves and reengage with constituencies as part of NDI's broader efforts within the Parties Renewal Initiative: Reflect, Reform and Reengage Initiative. What are the areas where reform processes of political parties need to happen?
